2011 Sculpture Competition #2 - Online Submission Instructions

  1. Please Check the 2011 Competition Announcement Page regularly for updated information and possible schedule adjustments
  2. If you have question, problems or technical issues with the submission process, please send a detailed email to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it .
    1. We really want your submission and will work with you to make sure that you can submit no matter your level of technical expertise, please contact us (see #2 above) if you need help.
  3. The online submission form is available  http://publicartleague.org/index.php?option=com_chronoforms&chronoform=2011-2-Entry.
  4. Read the instructions and assemble your files and images before submitting.
  5. Please make your files reasonable size or your upload may not succeed and/or timeout.
    1. Files above 1MB may be problematic, try and keep the size below this limit.
  6. We need to be able to read your files, please use common formats for your entry
    1. Images should be jpg, png, bmp or other commonly readable formats
    2. Documents should be word, pdf, or plain text
    3. Free software to convert/resize files is available and noted at the end of this article
  7. Please name your files with your entry/artist information

Free software packages for converting/resizing files is available.

Bronze Site Sponsor $2000

This contribution sponsors the lease of a sculpture for two years, move and mount the work and a plaque with the title and artists name.

 

Benefits: Your name as a site sponsor will be included on the plaque by the sculpture for the two years that it is here.  You will also receive name recognition at the unveiling celebration, on signage, promotional materials, our web site and a two year membership to PAL.

 

Marble Site Sponsor   $1000

This contribution co-sponsors the lease of a sculpture for two years, move and mount the work and a plaque with the title and artists name.

Steel Supporter   $500

Your sponsorship is the foundation that is so important to support the structure of the Public Art League.

All monetary and in-kind contributions toward the Public Art League are greatly appreciated. Your donation will allow PAL to ensure the success of promoting the inspiration, vitality and creativity in our community.

 

 

Sculpture Sponsor – Market Value

Purchase a sculpture to be part of the community’s permanent collection! Your “Sculpture” sponsorship goes beyond the rotating sculpture lease program and allows us to build a collection that will stay in the community. A list of selected sculptures with prices will be available after July 19th 2010 at www.publicartleague.org.

 

Benefits: Permanent Name recognition on the plaque beside the title and artist’s name.  The ability to help decide the location of the work on Public or Private property. Recognition in the community that you support public art and a creative society.  Name recognition at the unveiling celebration, on signage and promotional materials and our web site and a two year membership to PAL.

 

 

Event Title Sponsor  $2500

Be the title sponsor of the “Sculpture competition event”…the unveiling to celebrate the annual winners of the community’s sculpture competition and the success of the Public Art League!
